Responsibilities:

* Stay up-to-date on the latest video offerings in the marketplace, including national and local linear TV, streaming video, and addressable TV.
* Gather information during the media buying and strategy stage, using your research and organizational skills to identify the best available information and data.
* Master media research tools, such as MRI, Scarborough, and Nielsen, to ferret out the best available information and data.
* Manage Requests for Proposal and buy details for approved media buys.
* Input data into presentation format, using your PowerPoint skills to create engaging and informative presentations.
* Organize and oversee the trafficking and implementation process of creative, as well as monitoring campaign delivery and pacing.
* Work with established operational processes and execute with flawless attention to detail.
* Partner with Precision teams to handle digital execution and campaign maintenance, working cross-functionally to spread video knowledge and establish continuous and clear communication with the activation team.

Requirements:

* A four-year college education and background in marketing, advertising, or communications.
* An awareness of the video space and a hunger to learn.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work on a team and problem-solve.
* A strong, proven ability to teach analytic skills to others, developing, encouraging, and inspiring them to grow.
* Computer skills that make the old guys envious, as well as an intuitive understanding of the digital tools that are reshaping the media and advertising world every day.
* Effective time-management, impeccable attention to detail, and a compulsive ability to stay organized amidst many moving parts.
* Amazing communication skills, with the ability to be straightforward, candid, and thoughtful.
* Proficiency in managing numbers, with the ability to whip through an Excel document.
* A love of media and the motivation to learn everything you can and get better at everything you do.
