**Salary Range:** $98,920 - $137,580 per year (based on a 12-month salary of $8,231.60 - $11,298 per month)

Job Description:
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer will design, implement, and maintain STCU's IAM infrastructure and processes to ensure secure, efficient access to critical systems and data. This role will be responsible for integrating new and legacy systems, automating processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

*Remote work is available in select states: Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming.*

Core Job Requirements/Outcomes:
  • Develop and execute strategies for scaling IAM processes and initiatives, including automation of key tasks using industry-standard tools and programming.
  • Implement internal and external application access using advanced knowledge of federation and authentication methods, including SAML, OIDC, Kerberos, LDAP, OAuth, and others.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, GPOs, LDAP Directory Services, Identity Governance and Privileged Access tools, Certificate Management, PKI, Cloud Technology, and device authentication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define role-based-access control (RBAC) definitions that meet business needs, implementing the principle of least privilege and Segregation of Duties.
Other Essential Functions:
  • Create, update, or troubleshoot code or scripts to resolve issues, create efficiencies, or integrate systems.
  • Deliver metrics and reporting demonstrating the value provided by IAM solutions, program efficiency, and effectiveness, highlighting risk reduction through program maturity.
  • Stay informed on trends, best practices, or other strategically valuable issues impacting the department, making recommendations to the manager on new initiatives and existing program improvements delivering secure products and services.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management, or Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum five years of related experience within a medium to large organization, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Identity Governance, and Privileged Access tools in a 500+ user enterprise environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience building custom integrations with enterprise applications, direct experience implementing PAM or IGA, managing employee lifecycle, and producing documentation required.
