**Job Summary:** Train Service Call Specialist

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Western States Equipment Company is seeking a detail-oriented Train Service Call Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with the Railroad Solutions Coordinator, Maintenance Planner, Shop Foreman, and Operations Manager across assigned locations.

You will administer the service call and capitalization process, billing for assigned clients, and scheduling equipment preventive maintenance to ensure it is running efficiently. With a primary focus on completing complex service calls, Capitalization and Purchase Order process, and entering data to complete billing for assigned clients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft computer products or other comparable systems
  • Ability to comprehend, capture, and interpret customer and equipment information independently
  • Strong verbal communication and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to manage complex details accurately and according to schedule
