Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Liberty Lake, Washington. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in managing the shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have excellent computer skills, be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You will have the opportunity to work with our team to ensure seamless logistics operations, including managing shipments, receiving products, locally sourcing parts, and assisting service technicians.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Shipments: Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and processing.
  • Receipt of Products: Promptly unload trucks and deliveries, sort, and stock receivables, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse area.
  • Locally Sourcing Parts: Drive to various local vendors to pick up parts, working independently and as part of a team.
  • Assist Service Technicians: Locate products as needed, distribute repair parts and accessories, and provide support to service teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Competent Computer Skills: Proficiency in running multiple programs at once, including Excel, email, inventory software, and navigating vendor websites.
  • Good Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift/move up to 80 pounds, safely operate machinery, and work in an indoor and outdoor environment.
