Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and hit targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market.
  • Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives to maximize their potential.
  • Build and promote strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports to the management team, along with realistic forecasts.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying up-to-date on new services and competition.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • A proven track record of closing sales, either by phone or in person.
  • A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Self-motivation and results orientation.
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
