A Day in the Life of a Professional Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional and effective customer service to internal and external customers
* Handle membership, meeting, publication, product, program, and certification inquiries
* Process orders and respond to general inquiries via phone, fax, and email
* Develop proficient knowledge and application of database management systems and issue-tracking software like Jira Management

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in a customer service role or call center environment
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Customer-centric attitude and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
