Client Service Representative

As a Client Service Representative II at Canon Solutions America, Inc., you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our site.
This is a customer-facing position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on site procedures and policies.
You will also work closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities within the site.
To succeed in this role, you must have advanced proficiency in site operations and procedures, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Promptly inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
- Review and respond to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages, and verbal communications.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Oversee workflow and job balance between staff members and ensure tasks are completed within account SLA requirements.
- Responsible for communicating and training team members in changes to workflow or procedure.
- Manage daily and monthly records on service activity.
- Effectively communicate with the client and staff.
- May serve as main point of contact to the client for daily activity and participate in client meetings on account activity.
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
Depending on location and experience, the estimated salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
