QUALIFICATIONS

  • RELOCATION REQUIRED
  • Previous experience in rent-to-own or retail home furnishings is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 2 - 4 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail setting is advantageous.
  • Must adhere to a drug-free workplace policy and successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
  • A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets organizational standards are required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Learn to oversee all facets of daily store operations, including:

  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment for both employees and customers.
  • Promoting employee engagement and motivation while fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Enhancing store performance and efficiency through effective hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Managing store security, cash handling, financials, marketing initiatives, recordkeeping, legal compliance, and reporting.
  • Overseeing inventory control and ensuring merchandise is organized and appealing.
  • Identifying customer needs to remain responsive to market trends.
  • Maintaining the integrity and reputation of the Rent One brand within the community.
  • Performing any additional tasks as required during daily operations.
