Job Title: Customer Relations Outfitter

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Outfitter. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers in a friendly and outgoing manner
  • Sell Hunting and Fishing Licenses, and handle merchandise returns, complete refund/exchange paperwork
  • Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers
  • Remain product knowledgeable and aware of advertised sales
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked work area

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
