Veteran Care Liaison Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Veteran Care Liaison to join our team at The Ravens Group, Inc.

Estimated Salary: $18.53 per hour

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between Veterans and Health Care Staff.
  • Provide personal and positive first impressions to Veterans and their families.
  • Assist patients with transportation, safety, and mobility needs.
  • Support medical floor units in transporting labs and assisting in Code Blues.
  • Collaborate with Nursing Service and Pharmacy Service to transport discharging patients.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a customer-facing role.
  • U.S. citizenship or legal residency and fluency in English.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform push/pull functions.
  • Valid driver's license and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
