Job Overview

Game Nerdz is a leading retailer of games, accessories, and FUN, seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team-oriented family. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt, polite, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate and timely information on orders, inventory, and products.
  • Greet walk-in customers, process orders, and manage in-person pick-ups with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Utilize our computer operating system to provide pricing and inventory information to customers.
  • Process product returns in accordance with company and vendor policies.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Google Suite, and various browsers, with the ability to work within multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, business writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and follow processes and direction.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet set deadlines.
