About the Opportunity

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our NeuroHealth sales team in the Nashville, TN area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of organizational objectives and be able to align resources to meet those objectives in a compliant and ethical manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver results by getting it done together in a compliant and ethical manner.
  • Analyze trends and apply knowledge in customer interactions to deliver value.
  • Plan and complete all business activities via aligned objectives, analytics, and maximizing available resources.
  • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial networks/relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide impactful and influential communication and presentation skills to move customers towards solutions.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Build rapport and relationships with employees and external contacts at all levels.
  • Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers.
  • Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide product and patient education.
  • Regularly review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
  • Maintain a call average as outlined in the sales plan, focusing on top target customers.
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to think creatively and improve performance and company effectiveness.
  • Adhere to all Teva's compliance policies and guidelines.
  • Achieve all sales performance goals and objectives for geographical assignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • At least one year of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
  • Level of the role will be commensurate to years of experience and performance criteria.
  • Proven record of accomplishments in this specific market toward meeting established objectives.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with healthcare professionals in face-to-face and virtual environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing preferred.
  • New product launch experience preferred.
  • Broad therapeutic area experience, particularly in the therapeutic area preferred.
  • Candidate must be able to successfully pass background, motor, and drug screening.
  • Valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

Travel Requirements

  • Regular travel, which may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel.

Physical Requirements

  • Operate a motor vehicle to complete in-person sales activities throughout assigned territory.
  • Sit for extended periods of time at a workstation or mobile equipment.
  • Perform activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.
