On Earth, we are at the forefront of large-scale biofarming, enhancing the production of essential nutrients, metabolites, and bioactive compounds in plants while ensuring a sustainable and secure source of plant materials. Our clientele includes major players in the beauty, fragrance, natural ingredients, food and beverage, and nutraceutical sectors.

We also collaborate with space agencies and private enterprises, providing advanced farming units designed for efficient food production for astronauts and conducting research on plant molecules in microgravity.


ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to deliver precise and data-driven insights regarding the financial health of the organization.

Your responsibilities will include researching and interpreting financial data, organizing information, preparing comprehensive presentations and reports, and assisting executives with investor relations and due diligence processes.

We are looking for a proactive individual with a results-oriented mindset, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
  • Prepare detailed reports and projections based on your analyses.
  • Organize data into user-friendly reports and conduct various analyses using key performance indicators.
  • Compile investor reports and internal analytical documents.
  • Collaborate with finance team members to review financial information and forecasts.
  • Consolidate and assess financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc.) in alignment with the company's objectives and financial status.
  • Conduct market and business studies focusing on competitors and industry benchmarks.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Venture Capital or Investment Banking, with a focus on startups and technology.
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.

  • Efficient, quick learner, and fast worker.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
  • Able to manage unexpected challenges under tight deadlines.


Your compensation package will be determined based on various factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, you may be eligible for long-term incentives, such as company stock options or cash awards.
