The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is on the lookout for a driven Financial Analyst to become part of the Financial Planning & Reporting department within the Financial Management Group. The successful candidate will operate under the guidance of the Financial Planning Operations & Data Analytics unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute actuals, budget, and forecasting processes along with cost allocation and reporting.
  • Assist in the formulation of the annual budget and ongoing forecasting for benefits-related expenditures.
  • Utilize data analytics to create comprehensive reporting tools and key performance indicators.
  • Advise and support various business sectors on cost allocation principles and policies.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business strategies and financial practices, including cost allocation, expense forecasting, and financial planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Familiarity with financial planning, analysis development, reporting, and modeling.
  • Proficiency in Workday and Adaptive is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBi).
  • Ability to think innovatively within the scope of financial modeling, analytics, and strategic presentations.
  • Strong judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective prioritization skills with the adaptability to respond to changing business needs while working independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation: Base Salary Range: Min: $78,200 - Mid: $101,700 - Max: $124,900
