About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Louisiana Bistreaux. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 3-60 employees during your scheduled shift
  • Oversee all back-of-house operations, including cost control, inventory management, and customer relations
  • Set the tone and example for the store, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
