Head of Growth Strategy

We're looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in demand generation, content marketing, and team leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Elevate our core demand generation engine to accelerate growth in new members acquired via content marketing, web-site optimization, SEO, social media, whitepapers, customer testimonials, webinars, and videos.
- Evolving the Axial brand from a primarily practitioner-recognized brand to one that also appeals to and attracts 'exit-curious' business owners.
- Building, coaching, and growing a high-performing marketing team of internal team members, external consultants & outsourced / freelance professionals, and partnerships with marketing and branding agencies.
