We are looking for an experienced Growth Strategy Lead to drive the strategic direction and execution of our growth initiatives. This leadership role will require a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and brand positioning to foster sustainable growth and enhance brand awareness across multiple channels.

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to cash compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including physical health, retirement and savings, caregiving, emotional wellbeing, transportation, and other benefits that fit the needs of our diverse workforce.

About the Role
The Head of Customer Expansion will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of our growth initiatives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and leading the execution of comprehensive growth strategies aimed at increasing customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • Identifying new growth opportunities and innovative approaches to market penetration.
  • Cultivating strategic partnerships and alliances that align with growth objectives.
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to inform and adjust revenue growth strategies.
