Job Description

International Finance Corporation (IFC) is seeking a highly skilled HR Analyst, Talent Analytics & Insights, to support the design, implementation, and analysis of data to make better-informed decisions about talent programs for IFC.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, an understanding of talent management practices, and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage data to support the design, implementation, and sustainment of talent management and talent development strategies.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of talent initiatives through data analysis and strategic insights.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, presentations, and reports to visualize talent metrics, trends, and compelling narratives for senior leadership.
  • Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to interpret trends and patterns related to talent development.
  • Work closely with HR, leadership, and business units to understand talent needs and align analytical efforts with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities and provide recommendations on improving talent management processes by staying updated on industry best practices, talent management trends, and data analysis.
  • Maintain documentation, project plans, and status reports for key HR initiatives.
  • Assist in talent initiatives, including skill gap analysis, assessment of high potential employees, and the development and implementation of succession plans for critical roles.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and special talent management projects.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Finance, I/O Psychology, or related field preferred with a minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Understanding and experience in key HR domains, including Talent Management and Talent Development, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex data insights into compelling and action-oriented recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience using HR systems, emerging technologies in AI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter adept at working both within teams and independently while handling broad and complex instructions.
