Key Responsibilities
As the Sales Manager for Interpretation Services, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth for our services. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Formulating and executing a detailed sales strategy to meet or surpass revenue objectives.
  • Identifying and engaging new leads through various outreach methods.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with both potential and existing clients, addressing their unique needs.
  • Creating persuasive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our service offerings.
  • Negotiating and finalizing sales agreements.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals, if applicable.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Keeping abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong connections with a network of interpreters.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the language services sector.
  • A demonstrated history of surpassing sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • A solid understanding of the interpretation services landscape and its applications across various industries.
  • The capability to cultivate strong client relationships and foster trust.
  • Outstanding negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingualism (English and another language) is a significant advantage.
