Healthcare Navigator Manager

The Healthcare Navigator Manager is responsible for navigating members through the healthcare system, understanding their treatment options, and accessing services they require. This involves developing individualized care plans, coordinating communication between healthcare providers and social workers, and monitoring progress. A strong communicator with experience in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office programs is essential for this role.
Salary and Benefits

About the Role
This full-time position requires a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively with the team. The ideal candidate will have a current driver's license and proof of auto insurance. Bilingual Spanish skills are highly desired but not necessary.
