The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled District Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with clients, overseeing multiple client sites, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the performance of routine to complex tasks and projects
  • Ensure contracted service is delivered to client specifications and serve as the point of escalation for client questions and concerns
  • Lead contract renegotiations and identify new service opportunities
  • Ensure site staff and management understand and execute their responsibilities in a consistent, safe, and compliant manner
  • Recruit and develop site staff, including conducting interviews and providing feedback
  • Develop and guide employees, addressing employee relations issues and escalating concerns to HR when necessary
  • Manage payroll processes, including reviewing and approving timesheets and running workforce metrics reports
  • Communicate and articulate safety and job-related training to service team members
  • Develop metrics for portfolio supply inventory and participate in strategic planning meetings
  • Build cross-functional department relationships and monitor budget to anticipate and communicate changes
Requirements
  • Minimum of eight (8) years relevant experience in Facility Services, Aerospace Operations, Manufacturing, or a related industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related studies preferred
  • Strong commitment to high-level service and quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, develop, and lead a team
  • Willingness to work a variable schedule, including day shifts, evenings, and nights
  • Demonstrated ability to manage service execution and contract deliverables
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, Salesforce, Kronos/UKG, and similar corporate systems
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record that aligns with company standards
  • Demonstrated experience working with union contracts
  • Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance or Live Scan (sector specific)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Ability to travel between local locations approximately 30-40%
