Job Summary

The District Manager is a key leadership role at Servicon, responsible for fostering and nurturing a positive client-focused relationship. This individual will manage multiple client sites or a single complex client site, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Direct the performance of routine to complex tasks and projects, ensuring contracted services are delivered to clients' specifications.
  • Ensure Site Staff and Management understand and execute their responsibilities in a consistent, safe, and compliant manner.
  • Recruit and Develop Employees, including opening requisitions, selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and providing feedback and candidate selection input.
  • Develop and Guide Employees, providing corrective action and escalating employee relations issues as needed.
  • Communicate and Articulate Safety and Job-Related Training to service team members and managers.
  • Develop Metrics for portfolio supply inventory for budgeting and client contract negotiations.
  • Participate in Strategic Planning meetings with leadership and build cross-functional department relationships centered on executing company strategy.
  • Closely Monitor Budget to anticipate and communicate changes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of eight (8) years relevant experience in Facility Services, Aerospace Operations, Manufacturing, or a related industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related studies preferred.
  • Strong commitment to high-level service and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, develop, and lead a team.
  • Willingness to work a variable work schedule, including day shifts, evening, and night shifts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage service execution and contract deliverables.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce, Kronos/UKG (or similar HR, Timekeeping, Payroll systems), and similar corporate systems.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record that aligns with company standards.
  • Demonstrated experience working with union contracts.
  • Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance or Live Scan (sector specific).
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Ability to travel between local locations approximately 30-40% and to HQ as needed.
