Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at NetEffects as a Business Development Manager.
In this role, you will manage large and complex projects, develop project charters, plans, schedules, and budgets, allocate resources, monitor performance, and provide regular communication to program management.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in project management, hands-on experience in managing technical projects, and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience.
Preferred qualifications include PMP, CSM, or other relevant professional designation, 5+ years in insurance/reinsurance, Six Sigma, or OCM Prosci certification.
The salary range for this position is estimated at $65-70/hr. with benefits and conversion of $135,000-$140,000 plus bonus.
