Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales organization in driving commercial success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing leadership, with experience in cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment towards company objectives, and cultivating an environment where teams excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a North American remote sales team, ensuring strategic alignment and clear direction across all markets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that transforms complex goals into actionable steps.
  • Cultivate an environment where teams excel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with proven leadership of remote teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven success in simplifying complex strategies and driving impactful results.

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
