Business Development Executive

At Swift Creek Capital, LLC, we are seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in our business growth strategy, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with commercial property owners and managers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the commercial property management industry. They will be able to leverage their expertise to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, plus an uncapped quarterly commission structure based on performance. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) matching.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH COMMERCIAL PROPERTY OWNERS AND MANAGERS THROUGH MEETINGS, EVENTS, AND ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIPS
- CONDUCT VARIETY OF MARKETING EFFORTS THROUGH DIGITAL MEDIA AND CONTACTS WITH EXISTING CUSTOMERS
- MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGHOUT PROJECTS TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SUCCESSFUL PROJECT CLOSE
Requirements:
- Five+ years of professional business development experience required
- Experience in gaining and developing accounts with property management companies, public entities, school districts, insurance adjusters, and other commercial entities
- Strong strategic thinking and planning
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of customer needs
- Strong customer-service focus and effective written and verbal communication skills to keep customers informed of project status
