Job Overview:

This pivotal role involves developing and executing strategic plans to build and maintain robust client relationships, resulting in increased revenue and sustained growth. Key responsibilities include identifying new sales prospects, cultivating and nurturing existing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

Main Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, continually assessing their needs and adapting solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute tailored sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, adjust strategies as needed, and provide regular progress updates to senior management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably within the retail/commercial construction sector or similar industries.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, advanced selling capabilities, and the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.
