Position Overview


• Execute the Lean Enterprise Transformation Strategy.

• Mentor senior IT and Business Leaders.

• Identify Operational Value Streams in alignment with the SAFe framework.

• Evaluate the current state of an IT division against the target operating model.

• Collaborate with the Agile Center of Excellence lead to formulate an intervention strategy.

• Drive the intervention strategy within an IT division to realize comprehensive DevOps and Agile transformation.

• Conduct regular meetings with the Head of Agile Enterprise Transformation to discuss challenges, report progress, and align on strategic direction.

Key Role Attributes


• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT.

• At least 5 years of experience in coaching.

• SAFe Certification (SPC) is required.

• Proven experience in implementing SAFe in large organizations.

• Demonstrated success in leading and coaching teams to adopt an Agile mindset, particularly through the Scrum Framework.

• Strong track record of successful DevOps initiatives with measurable outcomes.

• In-depth knowledge of Lean Enterprise principles, Business Value Hypothesis Driven Delivery, Cost of Delay, and One Metric That Matters.

• Extensive experience in Testing Automation from a leadership perspective.

• Exceptional leadership and influencing skills for driving large-scale transformation programs that integrate technology and business.

• A solid background as a technologist, encompassing development, operations, or testing automation.

Educational Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
