Position Overview


• Execute the Lean Enterprise Transformation Strategy effectively.

• Mentor senior IT and Business Leadership to foster growth.

• Identify Operational Value Streams in alignment with the SAFe framework.

• Evaluate the current state of an IT vertical against the target operating model.

• Collaborate with the Agile Center of Excellence lead to formulate an intervention strategy.

• Drive the intervention strategy within an IT vertical to facilitate comprehensive DevOps and Agile transformation.

• Conduct regular meetings with the Head of Agile Enterprise Transformation to discuss challenges, report progress, and align on strategic direction.

Key Role Characteristics


• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT.

• At least 5 years of experience in coaching roles.

• SAFe Certification (SPC) is required.

• Proven experience in implementing SAFe in large organizations.

• Demonstrated success in leading and coaching teams to adopt an Agile mindset, particularly through the Scrum Framework.

• Significant experience in executing a successful DevOps initiative, with measurable outcomes before and after the intervention.

• In-depth knowledge of Lean Enterprise principles, Business Value Hypothesis Driven Delivery, Cost of Delay, and One Metric That Matters.

• Strong leadership skills in Testing Automation from a strategic perspective.

• Exceptional leadership and influencing abilities in driving large-scale transformation programs that integrate technology and business objectives.

• A solid background as a technologist, encompassing development, operations, or testing automation.

Basic Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
