Position Overview
The Senior Enterprise Architecture Manager will be an integral part of the global enterprise architecture team, focusing on the strategic direction and implementation of architectural frameworks that support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with solution architects, data architects, and technical leads to develop and refine the enterprise architecture strategy and blueprints for our global technology foundations.
- Design and implement large-scale technology transformation strategies that align with key business initiatives.
- Utilize capability modeling frameworks and domain-driven design principles to define the future state architecture and establish clear domain boundaries.
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies using value and impact mapping methodologies.

- Conduct in-depth technical assessments for high-priority initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in software design, development, and integration, with at least 3 years in leadership roles focused on architecture for complex systems.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in architectural modeling, including familiarity with microservices, REST APIs, and domain-driven design.
- Experience across all aspects of architecture and engineering, including application development and cloud-native solutions.
- Proven ability to establish standards and define roadmaps for a global technology landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within large enterprises.
- Systems thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and set realistic expectations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in aligning technical roadmaps with business strategies.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams towards common objectives.
