About the Role

AHEAD is seeking a seasoned IT leader to join our team as a Senior IT Transformation Leader. As a key member of our Digital Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving transformative modernization initiatives across our clients' organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Delivery:
  • Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops to ensure successful delivery of consulting services.
  • Lead technical project teams in the delivery of consulting service offerings, driving and managing objectives, requirements gathering, project tasks/milestones, project status, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Break down complex problems into manageable segments, identify factors that affect the problem, and decide how to approach the project.
  • Finalize and sign off on project deliverables, presenting them to client executive management.
  • Business Development:
  • Support business development pursuits through client discovery meetings, qualifying opportunities, and developing strawman proposals.
  • Represent service offerings during the sales cycle, including project scoping, proposal development, and presenting proposals to clients.
  • Develop and promote relationships with customers, presenting technical solutions to C-Level executives.
  • Practice Development & Thought Leadership:
  • Develop and enhance AHEAD Advisory services offerings, including consulting offerings and deployment services.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge and understanding of the current and anticipated future state of the IT marketplace, including IT trends, technologies, and standards.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience as a senior IT leader overseeing transformative modernization initiatives.
  • Senior-level consulting experience, with a strong understanding of business measurement frameworks.
  • Minimum of five years of executive technology consulting experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated business acumen.
  • Ability to solve complex, abstract problems, with excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence.
  • Demonstrated experience as a technology change agent, with a strong track record of driving successful IT transformations.
