About the Role

Berger Allied, a leading provider of relocation, distribution, and warehousing services, is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including hiring, training, and leading a team of employees to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage an annual budget, driving growth and profitability
  • Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting
  • Communicate regularly with the Executive team and Board
  • Manage grantor contracts and reimbursement requests
  • Prepare annual audit and liaise with outside vendors
  • Perform equipment inspections with technicians to ensure quality control

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a Household goods moving & storage trucking facility
  • Minimum 3 years of experience overseeing an operational management team in a fast-paced industry
  • Experience working with a diverse workforce
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR qualifications
  • Impeccable communication and leadership skills
