Job Overview

Position Summary: The Corporate Trainer at Care Lync is tasked with the creation, execution, and ongoing enhancement of the orientation program for new hires.


Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in education, business management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Energetic, positive, and engaging demeanor.

- A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in an educational role.

- Comprehensive understanding of contemporary corporate training methodologies.

- Strong time management and organizational capabilities.


Core Responsibilities:

- Oversee, coordinate, and deliver the orientation, onboarding, and training programs for new employees, which includes on-the-job training, formal classroom instruction, and follow-up assessments.

- Design and implement a robust training curriculum.

- Assess and contribute to the development of training manuals, instructional materials, and electronic resources, including forms and employee intranet content.

- Enhance productivity through initial and ongoing training and development.

- Support employees in acquiring new skills essential for their daily responsibilities.

- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs within the organization.

- Schedule relevant training sessions.

- Prepare physical training resources such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.

- Establish monitoring systems to ensure all employees fulfill their job responsibilities in accordance with training.

- Play a crucial role in boosting employee retention and minimizing turnover.

- Inspire, influence, and cultivate positive relationships with colleagues.

- Maintain comprehensive records of training progress, assessments, and certification documentation.

- Manage the company’s learning management system and oversee all annual compliance training requirements.
