Supervisory Duties:

  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and mentor new team members.
  • Manage the daily operations of the department.

  • Administer disciplinary actions and employee terminations in line with company policies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Program Oversight: Manage all facets of the healthcare engagement initiative, ensuring alignment with the broader healthcare strategy.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients on all operational issues related to the program, ensuring effective communication regarding timelines and deliverables.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring tasks are prioritized and executed efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain transparent communication with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on program performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate program performance metrics, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or program management, ideally within a global or multinational context.
  • Proven project and program management skills with a history of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Familiarity with technical systems and integrations, particularly in relation to loyalty programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and setting clear expectations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a productive work environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in program management.
