This position demands a robust background in project and program oversight, along with exceptional organizational capabilities and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with diverse internal teams and external partners.
Supervisory Duties:
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and mentor new team members.
- Manage the daily operations of the department.
- Conduct timely and constructive performance reviews.
- Administer disciplinary actions and employee terminations in line with company policies.
Core Responsibilities:
- Program Oversight: Manage all facets of the healthcare engagement initiative, ensuring alignment with the broader healthcare strategy.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients on all operational issues related to the program, ensuring effective communication regarding timelines and deliverables.
- Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring tasks are prioritized and executed efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or program management, ideally within a global or multinational context.
- Proven project and program management skills with a history of successfully managing complex projects.
- Familiarity with technical systems and integrations, particularly in relation to loyalty programs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and setting clear expectations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a productive work environment.
