Healthcare Area Manager Job Description

Marsden Central is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead a widespread Facility Service Department focused on Healthcare Clientele. This position involves high levels of collaboration and communication with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Train supervisors and employees on assigned job duties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Safety and Compliance: Complete safety audits and conduct safety training to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Engagement: Responsible for all aspects of customer engagement and satisfaction, including resolving customer complaints and implementing action plans.
  • Employee Development: Identify and mentor employees to develop the next generation of leaders, ensuring a strong succession plan.
  • Task Management: Assign tasks to associates and inspect completed work to ensure company standards are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve employee problems or refer matters to Operations Manager, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Account Management: Assist in the start-up of new accounts, provide information to management, and meet with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Timekeeping and Attendance: Verify employee attendance and timekeeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Quality Control: Conduct building inspections to maintain a quality level that meets the customer's and the company's standards.
  • Policy Enforcement: Follow and enforce all company policies, ensuring a consistent and fair work environment.
  • Financial Management: Review and help manage budgets and staffing levels for all buildings, ensuring efficient use of resources.
