Senior Technical Support Specialist

Chelsea Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As a key member of our Service Desk team, you will provide exceptional Level 2 technical support to our clients, both remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with hardware and software configurations
- Collaborate with junior technicians to provide training and mentorship
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication and prompt follow-through
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in IT Service Desk and/or on-site support with a minimum of Level 2 proficiency
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems, Apple Mac, and Azure Platform
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
