Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Energy Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and preferences
  • Present and demonstrate solar energy solutions to customers, highlighting features and benefits
  • Overcome objections and negotiate terms to close sales
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the renewable energy or related industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficient in CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solar sales experience or knowledge of the solar industry
