Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement sales-driven strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Monitor and maintain operational excellence, including food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and promote cross-functional teamwork
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other restaurant expenses to optimize profitability
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing labor costs

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
