Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment to patients, overseeing a caseload and collaborating with mid-level providers.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team, including nurses, clinicians, therapists, discharge planners, and billing professionals, to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Participate in medical staff meetings, trainings, and case reviews, staying up-to-date on best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • BC/BE in Psychiatry with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and driving continuous quality improvement.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $350,000, reflective of the location and industry standards.
