Strategic Branch Director

This is a leadership position overseeing operations at one of our Washington branch facilities.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $96,000 and $160,000 per year, depending on experience.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, customer service, sales, HR, IT, and facilities departments.
• SUPERVISE AND ENSURE HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BY MANAGING THESE DEPARTMENTS.
• Maintain an exceptional working environment that adheres to our company standards.
• Foster top talent recruitment and retention while supporting employee relations.
• Deliver hands-on senior management and provide actionable performance feedback to drive accountability.

Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of experience in operations or general management are necessary, as well as experience supervising personnel and minimal overnight travel.
