Uline's Washington branch seeks an exceptional Operations Manager to drive excellence and lead a high-performing team in this senior leadership role.

About the Role

  • Oversee operations of Uline's 800,000 square foot distribution center in Washington, ensuring impeccable customer service and exceeding company standards.
  • Supervise department heads to achieve consistent results and support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent.
  • Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational efficiency and productivity across Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT, and Facilities departments.
  • Spearhead efforts to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of experience in operations or general management.
  • Prior experience supervising personnel and managing large-scale operations.
  • Limited overnight travel expected.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Estimated salary range: $96,000 - $160,000 per year.
