Salary and Benefits

The base salary for this role is estimated at $55,000, with a range of $48,000 - $65,000 determined by experience, education, and skills. We also offer performance-based bonuses to recognize outstanding contributions.

Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for pursuing, managing, coordinating, and completing projects related to fish passage and stream restoration in Washington state.

  • Pursue and develop project proposals, statements of qualifications, and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Lead project coordination, quality control, and ensure projects meet client expectations.
  • Supervise and direct design engineers and drafters, while maintaining technical content and quality assurance.
  • Establish project fees and schedules, track budget and timing, and provide construction administration support.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A P.E. License in Washington State.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and standards applicable to fish passage and stream restoration projects.
  • Permitting experience with environmental regulators like WDFW and USACE.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaborative skills.
  • Competency, accountability, and personal commitment to deliver quality work.
