We are a dynamic and growing retail business seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Mall of America. As a Store Manager, you will play a critical role in driving company objectives in profit and loss control, sales performance, and customer satisfaction to drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and motivating the team to drive results
  • Ensure sufficient day-to-day operations of the store
  • Organize store operations and allocate responsibilities to the team
  • Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance through consistent evaluation and development of in-store talent
  • Prepare and control the store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
  • Monitor stock/spare parts levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
  • Provide world-class customer service by efficiently and effectively handling customer concerns upholding the Dream Riders brand
  • Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
  • Ensure completion of training requirements are met in the store and resolve issues
  • Responsible for recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for the store
  • Analyze sales, revenue reports, and create forecasts
  • Ensure the store fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines
Requirements
  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Business Management a plus
  • Backed by 2+ years as a Store Manager or another management role
  • Able to build, coach, and retain top talent that meets sales, operational, and financial performance goals
  • An organized go-getter – you're not afraid to take risks to deliver results
  • Passionate about providing world-class customer service
  • Clear, honest, and empathetic communicator
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices
  • Upbeat collaborator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and retail business systems (i.e. MS RMS)
Compensation

Pay from $50,000 per year
