Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Brookdale Monroe AL & MC (MI). As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in helping families and prospective residents navigate their journey from inquiry to move-in.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide families and prospective residents through the sales process
- Work with local professionals to generate professional referral leads
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience, with senior living experience preferred
- Knowledge of the Full Circle Sales Process
- Desire to succeed and earn membership in our high-performance ranks
