Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
- Oversee the contractor bidding process and support contractor selection.
- Manage construction administration services, including on-site oversight.
- Adjust project timelines and construction schedules as required.
- At least 7 years of experience in commercial architecture.
- Licensed in California with NCARB certification.
- Proficient in AutoCAD software.
