POSITION SUMMARY :

NOTE:
This is NOT a remote position.

The Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing, developing, and reporting on the company's marketing initiatives, online presence, lead generation sources, and promotional activities to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Assist in creating and managing the marketing calendar for various initiatives and campaigns.
2. Implement and track Digital Marketing strategies for Local Service Ads, branded search, and directories, along with their respective budgets.
3. Develop and optimize Google and Apple Business Profiles to enhance visibility and ranking.
4. Support the creation of content for social media, websites, and business profiles, focusing on growth strategies and visual media production.
5. Conduct market and client research utilizing the company database and engaging with clients to meet their needs.
6. Address client reviews and manage social media interactions.
7. Aid office personnel in daily organizational tasks.
8. Participate in weekly marketing meetings with corporate marketing managers.
9. Engage in monthly marketing discussions with other brand and franchise owners.
10. Prepare weekly reports on marketing performance to monitor leads, call volume, and marketing KPIs.
11. Develop and manage marketing and sales materials for technical and sales teams.

Maintain a professional image at all times by:
1. Wearing only company-approved apparel and adhering to safety policies.
2. Upholding all performance standards and ethical codes.
3. Maintaining a courteous demeanor with customers and colleagues.
4. Keeping company vehicles clean and organized, both inside and out.
5. Respecting customer property.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES :
1. Highly creative and dedicated to completing tasks effectively.
2. Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience is essential.
3. At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, specifically with Local Service Ads, directories, and branded social media management is required.
4. Experience in Social Media Marketing, including platforms like Facebook and Instagram, is advantageous.
5. Familiarity with small business environments is beneficial, as collaboration with other departments is expected.
6. 1-2 years of sales experience is a plus.
7. Over 2 years of experience in content creation with a focus on graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.

EDUCATIONAL/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
High School Diploma or GED.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Small business atmosphere.
Extended work hours may include day and/or evening shifts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment.
2. Capability to sit for extended periods.
3. Adequate auditory and visual functioning to manage computer-aided call management systems and communications equipment.
4. Ability to work under pressure and potentially face verbal or physical confrontations.
5. Willingness to work extended hours, including nights or weekends.
6. Work assignments may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation for known disabilities.
