Position Overview:

We are in search of an entry-level candidate with a background in either chemistry or marketing to provide temporary support for our department. This role is intended to assist during a colleague's absence, focusing on data management and various daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Gather and organize data from laboratory sources, synthesize it, and prepare presentations using PowerPoint. Ensure that extensive data sets are presented in a clear and visually appealing manner.
  • Website Maintenance: Update and manage the company website, ensuring that all literature and information is accurate and sourced from internal databases, particularly from other regions.
  • Research Assistance: Conduct research on topics such as heat transfer fluids, including categorization, application studies, and testing requirements as necessary.
  • General Assistance: Provide support with various daily tasks within the department to maintain smooth operations during the absence of a team member.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a laboratory or corporate environment is preferred.
  • Experience with data analysis and presentation skills is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly and concisely.
  • Basic knowledge of web content management is desirable.
