POSITION SUMMARY :

NOTE:
This is NOT a remote position.

The Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in the administration, development, and analysis of the company's marketing initiatives, online presence, lead generation, and promotional activities to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Assist in the creation and upkeep of the marketing calendar for various initiatives and campaigns.
2. Implement and oversee Digital Marketing strategies for Local Services Ads, Branded Search, and online directories, along with managing associated budgets.
3. Develop and enhance Company Google and Apple Business Profiles to boost visibility and ranking.
4. Support content creation for social media, websites, and business profiles, focusing on growth strategies and visual media production.
5. Conduct market and client research utilizing the company database and engage with clients to ensure their needs are addressed.
6. Respond to client feedback and manage social media interactions.
7. Assist office personnel in completing daily organizational tasks.
8. Participate in weekly marketing meetings with corporate marketing managers.
9. Engage in monthly marketing discussions with other brand and franchise owners.
10. Prepare weekly performance reports on marketing efforts to track leads, call volume, and key performance indicators.
11. Develop and manage marketing and sales materials for technical and sales teams.

PROFESSIONAL IMAGE MAINTENANCE :
Maintain a professional appearance by:
- Wearing only company-approved apparel and adhering to safety policies.
- Following all performance standards and ethical guidelines.
- Displaying a courteous demeanor towards all customers and colleagues.
- Keeping company vehicles clean and organized, both inside and out.
- Respecting customer property.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES :
- Highly creative and committed to achieving results.
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience is essential.
- At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing focusing on Local Services Ads, Directory, and Branded Social Media management is required.
- 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing, including platforms like Facebook and Instagram, is advantageous.
- Experience in a small business environment is beneficial, as collaboration with other departments is expected.
- 1-2 years of prior sales experience is a plus.
- Over 2 years of experience in content creation with an emphasis on graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.

EDUCATIONAL/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- High School Diploma or GED.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Small business environment.
- Extended work hours may include day and/or evening shifts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment.
- Capability to sit for extended periods.
- Must possess adequate auditory and visual acuity to operate computer-aided call management systems and communications equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle potential verbal and/or physical confrontations.
- Must be available for extended hours, including nights or weekends.
