About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Gilbane Building Company. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are on track.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • BS or MS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong technical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of project management software, such as Procore, and Microsoft Office.
