About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Supply Chain Systems Director to join our team at Jobs for Humanity. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the creation and maintenance of our Supply Chain portfolio of systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the product owners and implementation team to drive best-in-class business lead system design, configuration, and implementation.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor key talent to build a world-class distribution and logistics organization.
  • Conduct site visits to support implementation of operations systems and processes, lead projects, conduct site training, perform audits, and assist optimization and standardization programs.
  • Manage critical project components, including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement.
  • Partner with the Supply Chain PMO and/or Project Manager in the planning, execution, delivery, and close-out of projects that modify, enhance, or impact operational processes within supply chain facilities.
  • Responsible for all asset management, including life cycle planning, management, and creation of annual capital budgets.
  • Direct efforts in assessing the fit of complex IT solutions and identifying gaps early for subsequent evaluation in the pursuit/solution development process.
  • Create and ensure cross-functional alignment on all business plans and network risk mitigation through proactive written and verbal communication, roadmaps, and system-driven operation reporting.
  • Maintain operational integrity, open communication channels, and resolve issues effectively and promptly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 10+ years progressive continuous improvement leadership, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment
  • Strong process, investigation, influence, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive significant, positive impact across a large-scale operating company
  • Experience with Project Management Software, Processes, and Tools
  • Experience with a growth organization focused on positive culture and engagement
