About the Role

The Clorox Company is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Sales function, you will play a critical role in enabling our Digital Transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of sales initiatives within Project Vista, supporting the launch of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool and boundary applications.
  • Coordinate Subject Matter Expert (SME) support and input to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Document current and future state processes, defining and creating sprint deliverables and user stories.
  • Translate business processes into technical design, ensuring seamless integration with our ERP system.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in CPG Sales, with a strong understanding of pricing and commissions.
  • Ability to operate successfully in a strategic and tactical environment, with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Self-directed, results-oriented, and a strong team player, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, with previous Finance FP&A experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Vistex is a strong asset.
